System Overview

An end-to-end, high-scale study abroad admissions and student workflow platform. The system handles student lead intake, counselor assignments, international university application pipelines, document verification storage, and real-time communication tracking.

The Problem Statement

Manual tracking of multi-country university applications, scattered student documents across emails, and delayed counselor-to-applicant communications were resulting in missed application deadlines and slow response times.

Solution & Architectural Approach

Architected an automated Laravel & MySQL backend with an integrated document management vault, dynamic application stages, counselor performance dashboards, and automated WhatsApp webhooks for immediate student notifications.

Implemented custom WhatsApp webhook and interactive chatbot workflows for real-time lead qualification. Integrated cloud document storage with secure access control and audit trails. Structured relational MySQL schemas with advanced indexing to power instantaneous DataTables search across hundreds of thousands of student records.
